What I love most about family sessions are the candid moments. The laughs and giggles and even the occasional pouty face. I go into family sessions without an expectations and prefer to let kids be kids. Ofcourse, we will try to take some photos of everyone smiling at the camera but to me family sessions mean so much more then that. I love documenting movement and the energy within each family. I love seeing children run and hug their parents and kids dancing around in a circle. These are the memories that help us to reflect back upon the joy of childhood. The Leavitt family was so much fun to be around. I could instantly feel of the beautiful connection the girls share with their parents. Family lifestyle sessions have my heart and I hope to be able to document many more through out my photography journey.
